*Over 500 Items reviewed/inspected *Inspection and operational review of all mechanical and structural components present. The inspections will meet and exceed “Standards for Inspections” as set by Texas Real Estate Commission Real Estate Inspectors Licensing Act *Removing access cover plates for main and sub-panel breakers boxes to inspect condition of wiring and overload protection – breakers/fuses *Running and inspections of Air conditioning and space heating equipment *Running and operational inspection of all plumbing fixtures *Running and operational inspection of all built in appliances *Inspection and review of performance of foundation, framing and structural components to include but not limited to exterior finishes, attic spaces and roofing. This area also includes site drainage issues *Review of any wood destroying insects or organisms* and identification of conducive conditions *As per State Structural Pest Board Regulations
